Terms & conditions

Who we are

This site is operated by Zivora Retail Pvt Ltd, registered in Bengaluru, India. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you place the order.

We may decline an order where an item is out of stock, where a price has been listed in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we decline, we refund you in full within 24 hours.

Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

Product information

We take care to describe products, materials and certifications accurately, and to state test standards rather than vague claims. Photographs are representative; colours vary between screens. Certification claims are accurate at the time of listing and we re-verify annually.

Safety information

Safety guidance on this site is general information, not medical advice. Always follow the age guidance and instructions supplied with a product, and supervise children during use. If you have a concern about your child's health or development, speak to a paediatrician.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, photography, illustration and design — belongs to Zivora Retail Pvt Ltd or our suppliers, and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability in relation to any order is limited to the value of that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
