What we collect

We collect what we need to sell you something and get it to you: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number, and your order history. We collect payment details only in transit — they go directly to our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

We also collect basic analytics about how the site is used, so we can fix the parts that do not work.

What we do with it

Your information is used to:

• Process, pack and deliver your order
• Handle returns, exchanges and customer support
• Send order and delivery notifications
• Send marketing email, but only if you have opted in
• Detect and prevent fraudulent orders

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not email you marketing because you bought something — you have to actively opt in, and every message has a one-click unsubscribe that works immediately.

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to fulfil your order: our courier partners, our payment processor, and our email service provider. Each is contractually bound to use your data only for that purpose.

Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the cart and checkout to function, and analytics cookies that you can decline without losing any functionality.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@zivora.in and we will respond within 30 days. Deletion requests are honoured except where we are legally required to retain invoice records.

Children's data

We sell products for children but our accounts are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. We never ask for a child's name, date of birth or photograph, and we would encourage you not to volunteer them to any retailer.
