Returns & exchanges

The short version

You have 15 days from delivery to return anything, for any reason. Size exchanges are free, including the return shipping. We do not ask you to justify a return.

What we need

To accept a return, the item should be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• With its original tags still attached
• Complete, where it is a set or multi-pack

What we do not need

The original packaging. We know the box is recycled within an hour of arriving. Any secure packaging is fine for the return.

Exchanges

Start an exchange from your account under Orders, or by replying to your order confirmation email. We arrange a pickup and dispatch the replacement as soon as the courier scans the item — you are not waiting for it to reach our warehouse first.

If the replacement costs more, we will send a payment link for the difference. If it costs less, we refund the difference automatically.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the item reaching us. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to details you provide during the return.

Faults and safety issues

A damaged, faulty or chemically odorous item is not a return — it is a fault, and it is on us. Send a photograph and we will replace it immediately at our cost, outside the 15-day window, and pull the batch for re-testing.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are unaffected by anything in this policy.

What cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened teethers, feeding items or underwear unless they are faulty. Personalised and engraved items cannot be returned unless faulty. This is flagged on the product page before you order.
