Dispatch times

Orders placed before 2:00pm IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched on the next working day.

Personalised items — engraved keepsake boxes, embroidered gifts — add three working days before dispatch. This is stated on the product page before you order.

Delivery estimates

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune) — 2–3 working days
• Other Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities — 3–5 working days
• Remaining serviceable pin codes — 5–7 working days
• Express delivery, where available — next working day

Delivery charges

Standard delivery is free on orders of ₹1,499 and above. Below that threshold it is ₹99. Express delivery is ₹199 and is offered at checkout wherever our courier partners support it.

Cash on delivery is available on orders under ₹10,000 and carries no additional handling fee.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. You can also track any order without signing in using your order number and email address on the order tracking page.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours and we will open a courier investigation and keep you updated directly rather than asking you to chase the courier.

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening if you can, and email us. We replace damaged goods at our cost with no return required in most cases.
